Due to unforeseen circumstances and the hard hit our business experienced during the pandemic, Tashm permanently discontinued its retail operations in December 2022. We ceased accepting new orders, returns, and exchanges at that time. As of January 2024, Tashm no longer provides or facilitates any warranty repairs or servicing for previously purchased products.
